Bacon Toast Roll

Ingredients:

4slice Bread

4 Eggs

8strip Bacon

2Tbsp Mayonnaise

Salt

Pepper

Butter

  1. Salt the water and boil eggs.
  2. Separate egg whites and yolks.
  3. Slice egg whites thinly, and mash egg yolks.
  4. In a bowl, Combine eggs, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and mix well.
  5. Roll the slice of bread, place egg salad and fold it in half.
  6. Wrap the bread with 2 strip of bacon and pin it with toothpick.
  7. Butter the pan and cook for 10 minutes in medium-low heat.
