- Salt the water and boil eggs.
- Separate egg whites and yolks.
- Slice egg whites thinly, and mash egg yolks.
- In a bowl, Combine eggs, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and mix well.
- Roll the slice of bread, place egg salad and fold it in half.
- Wrap the bread with 2 strip of bacon and pin it with toothpick.
- Butter the pan and cook for 10 minutes in medium-low heat.
