Corn Cheese Fried Rice

Corn Seasoning: 200g Canned Corn

1/2 Tbsp Sugar

Pinch Salt

Pinch Pepper

2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

3 Handfuls Mozzarella Cheese

Kimchi Fried Rice: Cooking Oil

1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic

2 Tbsp Onion, 5 Tbsp Kimchi

1/2 Tbsp Sugar

1 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder

1 Bowl Rice

1 Piece Butter

Seaweed Paper


1. Combine water removed canned corn with sugar, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
2. Oil the pan and stir fry minced garlic, onion, kimchi, sugar, red pepper powder, and rice.
3. Butter the pan and place kimchi fried rice mountain in the middle. Place seasoned corn around and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
4. Place the lid on and melt the cheese.
5. Open the lid, sprinkle seaweed paper on kimchi fried rice and serve.
