Potato Croquette

Ingredients 

Bread
Corn Frost
Egg
Potato
Vienna Sasuage
Sweet Corn
Onion
Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper

Preparation

1. Combine Boiled potatoes 1 and boiled eggs 2 with 2 Sweet corn, 2 Tbsp of Stir fried Vienna sausage onions [1/4 onion, 4 Vienna sausage], 2Tbsp of mayonnaise and pinch of salt.
2. Add 1 Tbsp combined mixture on a piece of bread and cover it with other bread.
3. Stamp it with circle shaped bottle.
4. Coat it with egg mixture, crushed corn frost and deep fry.
