Bacon and Egg Breakfast Muffin

Ingredients:

25g Room Temperatured Butter,

2slice Bread

200g Cheddar Cheese

4 Egg

1 Scallion

Preparation

  1. Using 3-inch circle-shaped cookecutter cut thick slice of bread.
  2. Butter the muffin tin.
  3. Place bread on bottom.Roll bacon on edge.
  4. Sprinkle cheese.
  5. Crack an egg.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake 10-15 minutes in 170°C Oven.
  8. Garnish with sliced scallion and serve.
